Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve system architecture and development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies, particularly within cloud-first environments.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effectively.
- Experience working within agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
