Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience in backend and frontend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
- Ability to design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience working within agile development environments and utilizing version control systems.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PostgreSQL.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
