Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of components while focusing on delivering innovative and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with various teams to address complex business challenges, applying a cloud-first and agile approach to enhance client services and system performance. Continuous exploration of emerging technologies and methodologies is integral to driving improvements and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in project progress.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Expertise in backend development, including RESTful API design and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and deployment strategies within AWS environments.
• Ability to apply agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
