As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer contributes to solving complex business challenges through thoughtful and efficient software engineering practices.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development, including database management and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
