Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within an agile and cloud-centric environment. The position demands adaptability and innovation to enhance client services effectively.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team productivity and product quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support continuous learning and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
