Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement technologies that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
