Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that address complex business challenges. Embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, the workday includes continuous learning and adaptation to emerging technologies to enhance client services and system performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Experience working within agile development environments and utilizing version control systems.
