Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. This position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous exploration of emerging technologies are integral to driving project success and delivering high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with full stack development including front-end and back-end technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development practices.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources.
• Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
