Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across components. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to design and implement cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex software systems.
• Knowledge of database design, API development, and user experience best practices.
