Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating seamless experiences that align with client needs, while continuously exploring and integrating emerging technologies. Your work supports the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance service quality and address complex business challenges, all within a collaborative and agile environment focused on cloud-first strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Maintain and improve existing applications by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to meet quality standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development, including database management and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and version control systems.

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
