Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary:

Lead a high-performance engineering team using Vibe Coding practices ,fast iteration, AI-paired programming, modular & maintainable code. Own code quality, AI-enabled productivity, and organizational coding standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead development using AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Dev etc).
• Define and uphold Vibe Coding standards for clean, reusable components and modular APIs with minimal template code
• Conduct AI-augmented code reviews for security, performance, scalability.
• Build AI-powered accelerators, snippets, internal code generators.
• Mentor team in AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, auto-refactoring, test generation.
• Use GenAI for documentation, unit tests, code smell detection, refactoring.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and secure coding practices.
• Automate API scaffolding and CRUD via GenAI prompts.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong Python + React programming fundamentals with AI-centric workflows.
• Ability to review AI-generated code and enforce quality.
• Knowledge of LLM-based debugging, optimization and test generation.
• Familiarity with vector code search, RAG for documentation.
  
  

Good to Have:

• FastAPI/Django, Next.js/Node.js experience.
• AI integration into CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with OpenAI Function Calling, LangChain, model fine-tuning for coding tasks.
  
  

Additional Info:

8–12 years in software development, 2 years leading AI-driven development.

B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.
