• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system features.
• Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
• Strong understanding of full stack development principles including both frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning in complex environments.
