Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during development and deployment.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously explore and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development, including database management and API integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
