Role Description The Full Stack Engineer should have more than 5 years of experience and will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power SpeEdLabs learning platform. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves working across front-end and back-end components, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust, secure code. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, design, and academic teams, integrating AI/ML services, writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting production issues. The engineer will also contribute to improving development workflows, documentation, and testing practices to support scalable and reliable product growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development for building scalable, secure server-side applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end systems into cohesive solutions.
• Solid knowledge of modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases) and version control tools such as Git.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a Tier-1 institution
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with edtech platforms, AI/ML integrations, or scalable cloud infrastructures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage.
