A fast-growing IT services and product engineering company in the Enterprise Software and Cloud Applications sector is hiring a mid-level Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, high-throughput web applications. The role is fully remote for candidates across India and focuses on backend-first architecture using Python and document databases, with modern frontend frameworks to deliver responsive user experiences.
Role: Full Stack Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks for high-concurrency, low-latency applications.
- Build and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript frameworks to deliver performant, responsive user interfaces.
- Model and manage data in MongoDB; design schemas and queries optimized for scalability and reliability.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployment workflows to improve delivery velocity and platform stability.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, implement caching and async processing patterns, and ensure services scale under load.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to deliver features from design through launch and production support.
