Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack DotNet, Azure, React/Angular Tech Lead located in Hyderabad.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating software development projects, ensuring high-quality coding standards, and leading a team of developers. Day-to-day tasks include designing and building software systems, reviewing and writing code, performing code analysis, and integrating systems using DotNet and React/Angular.
The Tech Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development activities with business objectives and ensure the security and integrity of the software architecture.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of Full Stack development experience working with DotNet Framework/Core & React/Angular
- Proficiency in Software Development, including expertise in DotNet and React
- Strong Programming skills, with a focus on full-stack development
- Experience with Databases, including database design and performance management
- Experience in Azure Functions, DevOps, AD
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and principles
- Understanding of Network Security and its application in software systems
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Manage development team and delivery as per sprint planning
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
