We are looking for aFull Stack Digital Marketing Specialistto own social and performance mandates across both D2C and B2B clients.

  • You understand digital deeply. You know how platforms work, how people behave on them, and what drives outcomes for brands.
  • You are comfortable with numbers and ideas in equal measure. You can read dashboards, spot patterns, and still recognise a content idea that has the potential. You follow social trends closely, understand virality, and know how to run performance campaigns across Meta, Google,LinkedIn and other platforms with confidence.

The role

  • This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of strategy and execution. You will work closely with internal teams and interact directly with clients.
  • Your responsibilities include:
  • Owning the digital strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive brand growth and performance
  • Leading social media marketing, from organic content planning to performance tracking and optimisation
  • Staying ahead of digital trends, including new formats, platform updates, viral mechanics, and evolving audience behaviour
  • Planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and UAC with a strong focus on targeting and efficiency
  • Building a deep understanding of audience cohorts and translating that into sharp targeting strategies
  • Guiding content creation, including social creatives and ad copies, ensuring everything is optimised for engagement and impact
  • Analysing and decoding performance dashboards using GA, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and related tools
  • Driving SEO strategies across technical SEO, local SEO, GMB and content-led optimisation so brands rank where it matters
  • Using data to refine campaigns, improve conversions, and maximise ROI
  • Working directly with clients to explain performance, recommend SEO improvements, and guide them on digital best practices
  • Understanding the technical side of digital, including landing pages, website structure, and app flows, to guide clients and development teams effectively
  • Taking ownership, making data-backed decisions, and driving outcomes independently

What you bring

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, running paid and organic campaigns across D2C brands and B2B platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media, including organic growth strategies, content performance analysis, and platform-specific best practices
  • Clear knowledge of platform algorithms, viral content mechanics, and community building
  • AdTech and deployment experience, including GTM, web containers, event tracking, CRM integrations, Looker Studio and GA4 reporting, along with familiarity with pixels, cross-domain tracking, and script deployment
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and iterate quickly
  • Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to lead social content planning across categories
  • Strong audience targeting expertise, covering demographic, behavioural, and platform-native tools
  • Technical SEO and web optimisation knowledge, including crawlability, indexation, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals, with the ability to audit sites and advise on structure and landing page UX across CMS and custom builds
  • Lastly, but what could be a dealbreaker - awesome communication and presentation skills to handling clients, presenting strategies, and simplifying complex digital concepts
