Job Title: Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Python, MERN stack, and .NET technologies. You will lead end-to-end development, mentor team members, and drive the execution of scalable and high-performance web applications.
Key Requirements:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Expert in React.js, with deep understanding of component-based architecture.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js and RESTful API design.
- Solid experience in MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, MERN stack, and .NET technologies.
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and conducting thorough code reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take technical ownership.
- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.
