Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from initial analysis to deployment and support.
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications engineered for high-volume and low-latency performance.
• Analyze user requirements thoroughly to define clear business objectives and envision system features and functionality.
• Define precise application objectives and functionality, ensuring all designs conform with overall business goals.
• Develop and rigorously test software, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Identify and swiftly resolve any technical issues that may arise within applications.
• Create detailed design documentation to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Propose strategic changes and enhancements to the current Java infrastructure.
• Develop comprehensive technical designs for application development.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Manage Java and Java EE application development as required.
• Develop essential documentation to support users.
• Translate complex requirements into clear stipulations.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, actively investigating new alternatives and technologies, and presenting them for architectural review.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements and defining business objectives.
• Proficiency in software development, testing, and debugging.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Experience in creating detailed design documentation.
• Ability to propose and implement changes to Java infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Java EE application development is a plus.
