Role Overview
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can contribute across both backend and frontend systems. You will work on real-world projects CRMs, automation tools, AI-integrated workflows, dashboards, and customer-facing applications. This role gives you hands-on exposure to Python, Django, FastAPI, React/Next.js, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services using Python, Django, FastAPI
- Develop responsive UI screens using React.js / Next.js
- Assist in creating REST APIs, internal tools, and automation modules
- Implement clean UI components with Tailwind CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Work with developers to integrate AI-based workflows
- Contribute to feature releases, testing, and documentation
- Learn and follow clean coding practices and version control (Git)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python and web frameworks (Django / FastAPI preferred)
- Understanding of JavaScript, React.js, or Next.js
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Tailwind (or willingness to learn)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Basic finance knowledge is preferred
- Good problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Ability to learn fast and work in a team
Bonus Skills (Not mandatory)
- Interest in AI/automation pipelines
- Understanding of API integrations
