Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our App Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and single-handedly driving scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Design and develop robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Database Management: Design database schemas and maintain data consistency across the application.
• API Integration: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
• Code Quality: Write reusable, testable, and efficient code; participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
• Core Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Mobile: Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
• Database: Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL database concepts.
• Frontend: proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap).
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git.

Additional Skills

• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Experience managing AWS environments is a major plus. Specifically looking for familiarity with:
• Route53 (DNS management)
• CloudFront (Caching and CDN)
• AWS Secrets Manager (Security)
• CI/CD: Experience setting up deployment pipelines, specifically using Bitbucket Deployment Integration.
• Big Data: Experience handling and optimizing huge volumes of data within MongoDB (indexing, aggregation pipelines, performance tuning).
• SEO: A strong understanding of Technical SEO principles and implementation (Server Side Rendering, Meta tags, dynamic sitemaps).
• React Native: Hands-on experience with building Mobile Apps using React Native
