Role Overview
The Mid-Level Full Stack Developer is a hands-on contributor within an agile Scrum team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality enterprise software across the full technology stack.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated engineer who enjoys collaborative problem-solving, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to an industry-leading application suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert user stories, feature requests, and defect reports into high-quality software enhancements
- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the full application stack
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand system behavior and propose effective technical solutions
- Follow the software development lifecycle while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
- Ensure application responsiveness, scalability, reliability, and performance
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and deliver practical, efficient technical solutions
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and technical direction
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and vendor solutions
- Work within Scrum teams using two-week sprint cycles
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and management
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience designing, developing, and testing web-based enterprise systems using .NET technologies
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and C# including Async/Await, LINQ, and Generics
- Experience building and consuming Web APIs
- Frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
- Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies and SaaS product development
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Windows Forms
- Experience with WPF
- Exposure to MAUI
- Familiarity with Blazor
