About the Role
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to design and build cutting-edge Generative AI applications for the energy industry. This role requires strong ownership across the stack—from building scalable APIs and AI-powered backend services to crafting responsive frontend applications.
You will work on LLM integrations, agentic workflows, and large-scale data pipelines, contributing directly to next-generation AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Build scalable, production-grade applications using React / Angular with TypeScript and Python backend frameworks (FastAPI)
- Develop responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces
Scalable APIs & Microservices
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Build backend services optimized for AI/ML workloads
Data Pipelines & Cloud Engineering
- Develop robust data pipelines using AWS (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch)
- Handle structured and unstructured data processing for AI applications
Generative AI Integration
- Integrate and optimize LLMs, RAG pipelines, LangChain, LangGraph
- Build agentic AI workflows and AI-driven systems
End-to-End Ownership
- Own features from design to deployment and monitoring
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability
Engineering Excellence
- Follow best practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code reviews
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment
Required Skills
Core Technologies (Must-Have)
- Python (Very Important) – Backend development, APIs, AI integrations
- Node.js (Very Important) – Backend services and microservices
- React.js (Very Important) – Modern frontend development
- TypeScript – Strong typing across frontend and backend
- FastAPI (Very Important) – High-performance API development
- LangChain (Very Important) – LLM orchestration
- RAG (Very Important) – Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines
Cloud & Data
- AWS (Important) – S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway
- Databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL and NoSQL databases
- Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate (preferred)
Engineering & DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Docker, Kubernetes (Good-to-have)
- Version control using Git
Fundamentals
- Strong data structures, algorithms, and system design skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI systems, or GenAI applications
- Knowledge of the energy industry or B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation (Infrastructure as Code)
