What You'll Do

• Design, prototype, and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents into product workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
• Translate vague product ideas into working MVPs, fast.
• Improve existing features based on real user feedback.
• Write clean, scalable code with a modern stack (see below).
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and AI teams to turn ideas into shipped experiences.
• Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0.dev, etc.) to speed up coding, testing, and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer (or strong equivalent).
• You've built and shipped real products and enjoy seeing users interact with your work.
• Skilled in JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Next.js, and backend tech like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Comfortable designing PostgreSQL schemas and scalable data models.
• Curious about or experienced with AI agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Startup DNA — you move fast, take initiative, and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong debugging instincts, problem-solving skills, and product sense.
• Bonus: experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or integrating OpenAI/Hugging Face.

• Frontend -Next.js, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3, Shadcn
• Backend - Node.js, Java, Python, or any scalable backend stack, PostgreSQL
• Tools & Integrations - Cursor, v0.dev, OpenAI, LiveKit, Lighthouse, Sentry
• Testing & Automation - Cypress, Jest, Playwright, AI browser agents
• Cloud & Infrastructure - AWS, Azure, or GCP
