Full Stack Developer InternshipEngagement Terms- Initial onboarding will begin under a Probation Period
- During probation:
- No stipend, salary, or compensation will be provided
- No defined timeline for probation completion
- Progression depends entirely on technical performance, consistency, discipline, and learning capability
- Upon successful evaluation, candidates will transition into the Internship Phase
- During internship:
- After successful internship completion:
- Eligible candidates may receive a full-time employment opportunity starting from 1.5 LPA
Internship Duration- Total Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule- Work Mode: Work From Office Only
- Office Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Daily Work Duration: 10 Hours
- Breaks:
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- 30 Minutes Additional Break
- Leave Policy:
- 3 Leaves during Probation Period
- 6 Leaves during Internship Period
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack
- Build modern and responsive front-end interfaces using React
- Develop backend systems and RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Express
- Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for scalable data management
- Write clean, optimized, reusable, and production-grade code
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, development, and deployment
- Participate in product discussions, sprint execution, and technical planning
- Learn and adapt to evolving technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices
Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills- Strong understanding of:
- Python
- React.js
- MongoDB
- SQL
- FastAPI
- Express.js
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Knowledge of responsive web development principles
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of debugging and problem-solving methodologies
