Role Description The Full-stack Developer will work on-site in Nashik in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring seamless communication between client-side and server-side components. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other developers to translate business and creative requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions. The Full-stack Developer will also participate in code reviews, optimize performance, maintain documentation, and support troubleshooting and enhancements for existing systems.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, using one or more modern server-side languages and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API design, along with version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with familiarity in unit testing or automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort working on-site in Nashik and managing full-time responsibilities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; agency or product development experience is an advantage.
