Job Description

1 Position: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 7–10 years

Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote

Notice Period: Immediate

Budget: 15L – 20L

Working Hours: 9 PM – 5 AM IST

Location: Trivandrum

Mandatory:

• Python (advanced, performance-focused development)
• AWS (expertise in Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, AWS SAM)

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Solid knowledge and experience with the AWS Stack (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.).
• Good understanding of DynamoDB data modeling and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity in building and consuming REST APIs.

Frontend – Skill Set

• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context).
• Familiarity with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using UI libraries/frameworks like PrimeReact, MUI, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS Amplify for auth, API, storage in React applications.

Client Interaction & Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to understand client-reported issues and translate them into actionable technical tasks.
• Quick turnaround in analyzing, reproducing, and resolving client issues.
• Proactive in providing timely updates and ensuring transparency with clients.
• Collaborative approach with internal teams to expedite client issue resolution.
• Professional and composed handling of client concerns and escalations.
