Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical Problem Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks and

collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features.

• High-Quality Code & Mentorship: Develop clean, scalable code aligned with best practices,

conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence.

• Robust CI/CD & System Reliability: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor

application health, and swiftly resolve production issues to ensure seamless deployments.

• Database Architecture & Optimization: Design efficient database schemas and write

high-performance SQL queries to support scalable and responsive applications.

• Technical Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to architectural planning, stay ahead of emerging

technologies, and drive continuous improvements in user experience and engineering practices.

Skills we seek:

• Proficient in MERN/MEAN stack with 1–3 years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, React,

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong grasp of MVC, REST APIs, data structures, and relational databases.
• Writes clean, maintainable code with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Familiar with Agile, microservices, Git, VSCode, AWS, CI/CD, and shell scripting.
