Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership of features end-to-end — from backend architecture to frontend experience. You will work on building scalable APIs, AI-powered workflows, and intuitive UI components that directly impact thousands of users.

Technical Stack
- Backend: Python (Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI)
- Frontend: Angular / React
- Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Messaging/Queue: Celery
- Integrations: third-party APIs
- AI: OpenAI / Anthropic APIs (LLM-based features)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems using Django / FastAPI.
- Develop clean, responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Design and implement robust REST APIs and microservices.
- Integrate third-party services (Intercom, CRMs, etc.) to enhance product capabilities.
- Implement and iterate on AI-powered features leveraging LLM APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with product, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Take complete ownership of features, from initial conception to production deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong professional two years of experience in Python (Django / FastAPI).
- At least 2 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React).
- Good understanding of REST APIs and system design principles.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Celery or other background job processing systems.
- Familiarity with AWS services relevant to deployment and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI / Anthropic) and AI-driven features.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience developing real-time systems (e.g., websockets).
- Understanding of strategies for scaling high-traffic applications.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
