Are you a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a passion for mentoring and guiding real-world projects We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Full Stack Developer Trainer and Project Handler!
This role is perfect for a full-stack expert who excels in both deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective training materials and manage project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop and Deliver Training: Create and lead comprehensive training sessions on modern full-stack technologies, covering both front-end (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot) development.
- Mentor and Guide: Provide one-on-one and group coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance to aspiring developers, helping them solidify their skills and adopt best practices.
- Handle Real-World Projects: Oversee and manage hands-on development projects, ensuring trainees apply their learned skills to build production-ready applications. You'll manage project timelines, scope, and technical direction.
- Curriculum Development: Continuously update and enhance our training curriculum to stay current with the fast-evolving full-stack landscape and industry demands.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Full Stack Mastery: Demonstrable, in-depth expertise in the full web development lifecycle.
- Front-End: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Back-End: Proficiency in a server-side language/framework (Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring Boot).
- Databases: Experience with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a major plus.
- Training Acumen: Proven experience in a teaching, training, or senior mentoring role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Project Management: Ability to define project requirements, manage technical scope, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
