About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Full-stack developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in building scalable web applications, solving real-world problems, and working across both frontend and backend technologies.

This role is ideal for freshers and early-career developers who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using frontend and backend technologies
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Design and integrate APIs and backend services
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data handling
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js/Vue.js/Angular
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Python / Node.js / Java / PHP (any one preferred)
• Understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience ranging from Fresher to 3 years of experience
• Internship or project experience in web development is an added advantage
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Docker, or DevOps basics is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial
