About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of critical capabilities within our B2B SaaS platform and partner pipeline. This role involves working on complex, multi-tenant applications that serve a diverse range of partners, from small co-branded organizations to large enterprises requiring extensive integrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building and supporting B2B SaaS features such as enterprise authentication, third-party API integrations, payment workflows, and partner administration tools.

This is a hands-on engineering position requiring an individual who can independently translate business requirements into technical solutions, from initial discovery through design, development, testing, and deployment. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of Laravel and PHP, with the ability to develop scalable, secure backend services and maintain multi-tenant architecture. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality, reusable platform capabilities that support our long-term roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional full stack development experience, including ownership of production application features or modules.
• Proven expertise with Laravel and PHP in a production environment.
• Significant experience designing, building, or maintaining B2B SaaS or multi-tenant applications serving multiple organizations or customers.
• Hands-on experience implementing or integrating enterprise authentication solutions such as SSO, federated identity, or other enterprise identity standards.
• Strong background in API design, development, and consumption, including third-party integrations and webhooks.
• Experience with payment processing integrations and supporting complex billing workflows.
• Knowledge of role-based authorization, data access controls, and secure web application development practices.
• Experience working within multi-tenant architectures, ensuring data segregation and tenant-specific configurations.
• Full stack capabilities, including proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end technologies to develop customer-facing and administrative interfaces.
• Proficiency with relational databases, data modeling, and complex workflow support.
• Experience with automated testing, regression testing, and maintaining production stability.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across application, database, and external service boundaries.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver B2B features and modules, from requirements gathering and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Design and develop scalable, secure backend services using Laravel and PHP, supporting multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Implement and maintain enterprise authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for external partners.
• Design and develop API frameworks that facilitate secure interactions between partner applications and the platform.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, webhooks, and other integration mechanisms for real-time and asynchronous data exchange.
• Develop and support payment workflows, including integration with payment processors, invoicing, and configurable partner payment options.
• Create administrative tools that enable partner-specific configurations and settings management without custom development.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to provide insights into utilization, transactions, revenue, and other key metrics.
• Implement robust authorization and data access controls to ensure data security and role-based access for users and partners.
• Support configurable partner experiences, including branding, legal documentation, workflows, and integrations.
• Maintain regression coverage to ensure platform stability as new features and capabilities are introduced.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the application and integration stack, providing timely resolutions.
• Participate in technical design discussions, advocating for reusable platform components over one-off solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Provide accurate technical estimates, identify dependencies and risks, and communicate tradeoffs effectively.
• Ensure the delivery of clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code, participating in peer reviews.
