About The Role:
We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who will take ownership of end-to-end web application development, collaborate with the team, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires strong expertise in full-stack JavaScript technologies, architecture design, Agile methodologies, and root cause analysis, along with exposure to emerging trends such as AI integration in web development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless functionality.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployment.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control workflows.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Well versed with AI, Enterprise Application, Microservices Architecture.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
