Job Summary

We are looking for a practical Full Stack Developer to develop and maintain internal business applications for factory, inventory, quality, purchase, production, dispatch and retail operations. The candidate will work closely with business users and the project team to create reliable workflows, integrations and reports around PACT and other internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain internal web applications, responsive screens and mobile-friendly workflows.

2. Build modules for approvals, production records, quality checkpoints, barcode scanning, dispatch,      stock visibility and reporting.

3. Create and consume REST APIs and integrate applications with SQL databases and other internal systems.

4. Design database tables, queries, stored procedures and reports with focus on performance and data consistency.

5. Coordinate with the IT Project Manager, Business Analyst and process owners to understand requirements and suggest practical solutions.

6. Write readable, maintainable code and participate in testing, bug fixing, code reviews and release management.

7. Support deployment, server configuration, backups, logging and basic application security controls.

8. Visit factory, warehouse or outlet users when required to understand issues and improve applications after rollout.

9. Communicate with non-technical users and convert business problems into simple screens and workflows.

10. Provide post-implementation support and use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly after validating code quality and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.

·      2-4 years of hands-on software development experience.

·      Good command over at least one backend stack such as Node.js, .NET/C#, Java/Spring Boot or Python/Django/FastAPI.

·      Working knowledge of React, Angular or Vue, along with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.

·      Strong SQL fundamentals, including joins, transactions, indexing, stored procedures and database troubleshooting; SQL Server exposure preferred.

·      Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication and ERP or third-party system integrations.

·      Basic understanding of Git, Linux/Windows servers, deployment, logs, backups and application security.

·      Ability to understand business processes, own complete features and work effectively with non-technical users; mobile development exposure is an advantage.

Working hours: 9 hours followed by 6 days working in week.
