About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Design and develop backend APIs and database structures.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to implement new features.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Work with cloud services and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Java SpringBoot 
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security practices.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience working in startup or product-based environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
