Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with a passion for building intelligent, agentic systems. You will work at the intersection of modern web development and cutting-edge LLM-powered automation, designing and shipping products that leverage multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and scalable cloud-native backends. This is a high-ownership role ideal for engineers who love working across the stack and want to shape the future of AI-driven software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack features across React/Next.js frontends and Node.js/FastAPI backends
• Build and maintain agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Google-Adk or similar frameworks
• Implement RAG pipelines integrating vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB) with LLM APIs
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate LLM outputs for production reliability
• Build RESTful and event-driven APIs, integrating with third-party services and internal microservices
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS/GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and customers in an agile environment
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code with a strong focus on performance and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js and TypeScript for frontend development
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI / Django)
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems or multi-agent workflows
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering
• Experience with RAG architectures: embeddings, vector search, document chunking
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and async processing (Celery, Kafka)
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google-ADK
• Exposure to observability tools: OpenTelemetry, Datadog
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
• Experience with multi-modal models (vision, audio) or fine-tuning workflows
• Familiarity with Temporal or similar workflow orchestration platforms

Education

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Candidates from IITs, NITs, or BITS Pilani are strongly preferred. Exceptional candidates from other institutions with strong engineering fundamentals and demonstrable project work are welcome to apply.
