We're hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can own both the mobile/front-end (React Native or React) and back-end (Node.js ) with a solid SQL foundation. This role is on-site at our Koramangala office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features in our React Native (preferred) or React app.
- Design, implement, and document REST APIs with Node.js (Express or similar).
- Work directly with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL): schema design, queries, indices, performance.
- Collaborate with design/product to turn mockups into smooth, high-performing screens.
- Debug across mobile and backend; profile and optimize performance.
- Use AI copilots (Claude/ChatGPT/Copilot) to move faster and write cleaner code.
Requirements
- Your primary stack must be React Native or React, Node.js, and SQL.
- 1-4 years building real apps or full-stack projects.
- React Native experience preferred; React acceptable if you can ramp up on RN quickly.
- Node.js for server development (Express/Fastify/Nest OK).
- Solid SQL (joins, transactions, indexing, query optimization).
- Comfortable context-switching between front-end and back-end.
- Deal-breaker: If your core experience is in other languages/frameworks (e. g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, Go, PHP, . NET), this role isn't a fit.
Nice To Have (optional)
- Mobile packaging and releases (Android/iOS), basic store guidelines.
- Auth, sessions, and common web/mobile security practices.
- Testing habits (unit/integration), linting/formatting.
- Basic CI/CD and Git workflows.
