We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer (Full Stack ReactJS & NodeJS) to develop and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database management, and API development. This role is suitable for strong project experience or up to 2 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS & NodeJS.
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs ensuring security and efficiency.
- Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL), optimizing queries and managing data effectively.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.
- Follow best coding practices, write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

Requirements
- Degree: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc IT or related field.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS & NodeJS (projects, internships, or professional work).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development.
- Experience working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and writing optimized queries.
- Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Codex or similar tools) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-driven attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Firebase).
- Knowledge of Shopify is an added advantage.
