Position Overview
This role owns the full delivery lifecycle of client-facing web applications at a BFSI GCC — from translating complex product requirements into polished, high-performance React UIs, to building the C#/.NET APIs and MSSQL data layer that power them. The developer will work closely with designers and product owners, with meaningful influence over frontend architecture and UX implementation decisions. Applications are deployed on AWS, so cloud-awareness is part of the standard workflow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Architect and build complex, responsive React UIs — managing component hierarchies, state, and performance for data-rich, interaction-heavy client-facing applications
- Translate design specs and product requirements into pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant frontend experiences
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in C# (.NET Core/.NET Framework) to support frontend feature requirements
- Own MSSQL database design — schema modeling, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and query performance tuning
- Deploy and maintain application workloads on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk), ensuring scalability and security
- Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to a modular, maintainable codebase
- Collaborate directly with designers and product owners to scope, estimate, and deliver features end-to-end
Must Have Criteria
- 3–6 years of professional full stack development with React and C#/.NET in production client-facing applications
- Advanced React proficiency: component architecture, state management (Redux or Context API), lazy loading, memoization, and rendering optimization for complex UX flows
- Demonstrated ability to implement intricate UI interactions — multi-step workflows, dynamic forms, real-time updates, or large dataset rendering
- Solid C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework backend experience, including RESTful API design and service layer patterns
- Hands-on MSSQL experience: schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and indexing
- Practical AWS exposure across at least two of: EC2, S3, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk
- Proficiency with Git-based workflows (branching strategies, pull requests, code review)
Nice to Have
- TypeScript usage in a production React codebase
- Experience with Ag-Grid or comparable enterprise data grid libraries for high-volume data display
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent), or DevOps practices
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards or advanced animation/interaction libraries (e.g., Framer Motion)
