We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and C# to design, build, and enhance scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will contribute across both frontend and backend layers, ensure high code quality, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Core Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and C# (.NET).
- Architect and implement secure, high-performance REST APIs.
- Optimize SQL queries and ensure database scalability and reliability.
- Ensure responsive UI/UX and cross-browser compatibility.
Agile Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to accurate estimations and technical breakdown of user stories.
- Ensure stories meet Definition of Ready (DoR) and deliver features aligned with Definition of Done (DoD).
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution proactively.
- Take ownership of sprint commitments and ensure predictable delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospective insights and process enhancements.
- Mentor team members in Agile best practices and engineering discipline.
Technical Leadership
- Drive technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify technical debt and recommend improvement strategies.
- Lead code reviews and enforce clean coding standards and SOLID principles.
- Support CI/CD improvements and deployment best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or automation within applications.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT).
