Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will independently own features from concept to deployment across both the frontend and backend layers. You will build and scale high-performance web applications using React and Java/Spring Boot, actively contributing to design decisions and maintaining exceptional delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities
Feature Ownership Engineering
End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy robust end-to-end features using React.js for the frontend and Spring Boot for the backend.
API Architecture: Design, build, and seamlessly integrate highly scalable and secure RESTful APIs.
Clean Coding: Write clean, modular, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code that adheres to industry best practices.
Technical Solutioning: Translate complex business requirements into elegant, high-performing technical solutions.
System Design: Actively participate in Low-Level Design (LLD) discussions and architectural brainstorms.
Performance Collaboration
Optimization: Diagnose and optimize application performance, ensuring maximum responsiveness and a seamless user experience.
Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve intricate issues across all layers of the application stack.
Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams to streamline feature releases.
Agile Alignment: Work inside an Agile environment, contributing constructively to sprint planning, estimations, code reviews, and product demos.

Technical Stack Knowledge
Frontend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, alongside solid state management skills using Redux or Context API.
Backend Mastery: Deep proficiency in Java (Version 8+) and the core Spring Boot ecosystem.
Database Systems: Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Security Auth: A clear understanding of standard authentication and authorization protocols, including JWT and OAuth.
