Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT, Engineering (B.Tech / BE), (Equivalent technical degree acceptable)
• Min 4+ Years Full Stack Development Experience
• React.js (strong hands-on, production-level apps) & React Native
• Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, performance optimization)
• Node.js (Express.js preferred for API development)
• JavaScript (ES6+) (deep understanding of async, closures, promises)
• MySQL (database design, queries, optimization)
• Should have experience leading a team

Description:

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer 4+ years) who is strong in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Next.js, React Native, MySQL ecosystem, capable of building scalable applications end-to-end. The candidate must actively interact with clients, understand business requirements, and deliver solutions — not just code. Strong communication skills and real-world project ownership are critical. Preference is for candidates who can join quickly (15–20 days) and are comfortable working 100% onsite in Hyderabad within a strict budget range.
