Job Description
Full Stack Developer (AI-Augmented Engineering)
Department: App Product
Location:Jaipur
Days of Working: 6 days per week
About the role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who builds across the entire stack and treats AI as a core part of how they work. You'll ship features end-to-end — frontend, backend, database, and deployment — while using AI coding tools and LLMs to move faster, raise quality, and tackle larger problems than a single engineer normally could. This is not just we allow Copilot. We expect you to design AI-assisted workflows, integrate AI features into our product, and have strong judgment about where AI helps and where it shouldn't be trusted.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end: responsive frontends, robust backend services, well-designed APIs, and the data layer behind them.
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) fluently in your daily workflow — scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, debugging, and code review.
- Integrate LLM-powered features into our product: chat interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, structured output, and tool/function calling.
- Write clear, well-scoped prompts and specs that let AI tools produce reliable, reviewable output — and know when to drop down to hand-written code.
- Maintain a high quality bar: AI accelerates the work, but you own correctness, security, and maintainability of everything that ships.
- Design and consume APIs (REST/GraphQL), manage relational and/or vector databases, and handle authentication, caching, and background jobs.
- Own deployment and reliability: CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and design to turn ideas into shipped features quickly, using AI to compress the path from concept to prototype to production.
- Help establish team practices for using AI responsibly — review standards, prompt/spec patterns, and guardrails against hallucinated or insecure code.
What you'll bring
- 3-4 years building production web applications across the full stack.
- Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar) and a backend language/runtime (Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar).
- Solid grasp of databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in real development work — be ready to talk about how you actually use them and where they've helped or failed you.
- Experience integrating or building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), including prompting, context management, and handling non-deterministic output.
- Strong engineering judgment: you review AI-generated code critically and never ship what you don't understand.
- A bias for shipping, with attention to security, performance, and code quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with RAG, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate), or agent frameworks.
- Building evals or testing strategies for AI-powered features.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), function/tool calling, or building developer tooling.
- Contributions to open source or internal AI tooling/automation.
- Experience with TypeScript end-to-end and infrastructure-as-code.
