Role and Responsibility Brief

We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join the engineering team.

The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web

applications, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions that power device management, analytics, workflow automation, and digital employee experience capabilities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks, backend service development, API-first architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, Agile delivery practices and must have an AI first mindset.

Must Have Skill

Front-End Development

• Design and develop responsive, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Proficient in JavaScript, ES6 (to be validated by one program on pure JavaScript without use of any inbuilt function).
• Write high-quality reusable code to develop the dynamic user interface.
• Extensive experience and expertise with modern frontend technologies and frameworks,
  
  

primarily React.

• Integrate UI applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Implement role-based access control, feature toggles, and localization capabilities.
  
  

Backend Development

• Design and develop scalable microservices and APIs.
• Solid understanding of full stack agile SDLC with Spring Framework, REST/HTTP based
• Microservices and design patterns as discovery, circuit breaker, etc.
• Extensive Core Java/J2EE experience with Collections, Data Structures, Multi-threaded
  
  

programming, JAX-RS, Hibernate, JPA experience

• Strong relational database skills in Oracle and/or SQL Server
• Strong experience in SOAP / REST based webservices, Web Frameworks with XML and
  
  

JSON parsing and handling

• Cloud based development experience with exposure to Cloud Infrastructure and
  
  

technologies such as AWS S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, AWS RDS, DynamoDB et. al.

• Cloud & DevOps
• Design cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments.
• Monitor application health, performance, and production stability.
• Collaborate with SRE and platform teams on observability and operational excellence.
  
  

AI first mindset

• Experience in building test Harness using AI tools such as github copilot, Claude Code, Codex , cursor etc.
• Understanding of RAG and knowledge bases
• Creating Evaluation frameworks for GenAI LLM based applications.
• Understanding of Evaluation frameworks like RAGAS and Deep evals
• Exposure and experience with AWS Bedrock and how to connect LLM from bedrock to AI Agents
• Experience with programming languages like, python, Java, Javascript
• Experience with tools like Playwright, Rest Assured, K6, Selenium, etc
• Atleast 4+ years experience in writing code and building frameworks.
• Proven experience with 1.5+ yrs experience building Harness using AI tools.
