About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable systems powering high-impact, automation-driven applications. This role primarily focuses on backend development including API design, partner integrations, and platform scaling while also contributing to frontend development where full-stack context is needed.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on end-to-end ownership, enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, and is passionate about creating intelligent, automation-centric solutions that enhance performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js or Python to support integrations, automation workflows, and scalable systems.
- Build intelligent browser automation and agent workflows using Python and modern cloud-based tooling.
- Implement automation using modern browser automation frameworks such as Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, or Stagehand.
- Own and maintain core systems such as authentication, data pipelines, messaging, and observability infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Contribute to frontend development in React where full-stack context is required.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, participating actively in architecture discussions and design reviews.
- Participate in code reviews, incident management, and performance optimization efforts.
- Adhere to best practices in compliance, data privacy, and secure development standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Backend or Full Stack Engineer, with a strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with browser automation tools such as Playwright, Browseruse, Browserbase, or Stagehand.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with asynchronous workflows, job queues, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in cloud-based deployment environments for automation workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
- Exposure to healthcare data formats (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or other regulated environments.
