Job Title : Full Stack Developer (PHP & React.Js)
Shift Timings : 6:30AM -3:30PM IST
Work Remote :Remote mode
Job Description:
- Embed AI across the SDLC: use MCP servers, custom Tools, and create reusable Skills to connect agents to internal systems (databases, APIs, CMS, legacy services), and orchestrate a multi-agent pipeline — requirements through deploy — with structured handoffs.
- Wire in and govern agents: integrate AI Hooks into pre-commit, push, and PR events, with read-only production access and sandboxed agent operations.
- Work spec-first (SDD): write Feature Specs before code, with agent-assisted reviews and human approvals at each of the four gates and decision rationale kept as artifacts.
- Build the back end: work in a custom PHP MVC framework, CMS, and Laravel; design versioned, tenant-scoped REST APIs.
- Develop SaaS-first: tenant isolation, per-tenant configuration, subscription and entitlement logic, and scalable, cached, stateless services.
- Evolve the architecture and data layer: extract microservices from the monolith by domain ownership without disrupting production, and migrate schemas (MS SQL / MySQL) into multi-tenant data models that hold up at scale.
- Modernise the front end and own quality: migrate legacy AngularJS to typed React (Ant Design); ship through peer-reviewed PRs, CI (GitHub Actions, Snyk), and agent-generated, human-verified tests, with security fundamentals as standard.
Must-Have Skills:
- 9+ years full-stack development on production systems.
- AI across the full SDLC — uses MCP servers and has authored Tools, Skills, and AI Hooks and run a multi-agent pipeline; treats AI as embedded infrastructure, not autocomplete alone.
- Spec-Driven Development — works spec-first within a gated review process.
- Strong PHP (custom MVC, CMS, Laravel) and React / TypeScript.
- Multi-tenant SaaS and microservices — service extraction from a monolith, plus schema migration and multi-tenant data models (MS SQL / MySQL).
- Communication and ownership — strong communicator and team player with project and client-handling skills, who takes ownership of their work.
Good-to-Have Skills:
MCPs against MS SQL / legacy REST APIs / FTP; agent self-correction loops and model-selection trade-offs; Domain-Driven Design; Docker; queues (RabbitMQ / SQS / Laravel Queues); headless CMS with React; and events, hospitality, or venue-management domain experience.
