Full Stack Developer (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React.js) - AI Development Focus

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Node.js, and React.js.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications across both frontend and backend systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges independently, writing high-quality code, and using modern AI tools to improve productivity. While AI-assisted development is encouraged, strong core programming skills and engineering judgment are essential.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

• Build and maintain backend services using PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.

• Design and optimize MySQL databases for performance and reliability.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fellow developers.

• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.

• Independently analyze requirements and build solutions when AI assistance is not suitable.

• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance standards are consistently maintained.

• Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework.

• In-depth knowledge of MySQL database design and optimization.

• Proven experience building RESTful APIs.

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and the JavaScript ecosystem.

• Experience developing frontend applications using React.js.

• Proficiency with Git version control.

• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

• Familiarity with cloud hosting environments and deployment processes.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Cursor.

• Ability to validate, optimize, and debug AI-generated code.

• Strong engineering judgment to determine when manual coding is required.

• Experience using AI as a productivity enhancer—not a replacement for software engineering expertise.

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean.

• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of web application security best practices.

• Experience working in remote development teams.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
