We are in the process of
developing our digital backbone from product discovery platforms to smart wellness integrations and are building a strong founding team driven by innovation and long-term value creation.
Role Overview
As a
Full Stack Developer, you'll be responsible for building, testing, and scaling the core technology infrastructure of Kefilo. You will work closely with the product, research, and business teams to create seamless digital experiences for our users from nutrition tracking to product recommendation engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems for Kefilo's digital platforms (web and mobile).
- Build robust, scalable APIs to connect wellness products, IoT data, and user analytics.
- Collaborate with product designers and researchers to translate health insights into data-driven features.
- Implement data visualization dashboards for consumer behavior and product analytics.
- Integrate third-party tools for payments, subscriptions, and user management.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and contribute to long-term tech architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js, React (or Next.js), and relevant frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Understanding of API integrations, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), and scalability principles.
- Interest in health tech, wellness, or food innovation is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and build from scratch.
Equity Structure
The equity setup begins with
34 rounds of discussions to define your ownership areas, followed by a
1-month NDA-based cohort to align on working structure.
After successful completion, a
Cofounder Agreement is executed. Equity is allotted post
funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration, with a
5-year vesting period. Compensation begins only after funding as we're building a
25+ member equity-based founding team.
