## About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team working on a SaaS project.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building software end to end, from backend systems and APIs to modern frontend user interfaces. The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning features from database design and backend logic to frontend implementation and deployed user-facing functionality.

The role requires strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

## Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot

- Build modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript

- Develop reusable UI components, pages, forms, dashboards, and user workflows

- Design and enhance backend architecture for a multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform

- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security, JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and role-based access control

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, constraints, and transactions

- Manage database schema migrations using tools such as Flyway

- Develop batch jobs, scheduled processing, and workflow automation using Spring Batch

- Build async processing systems, background workers, queues, retries, and durable job handling patterns

- Work with Redis for caching, queuing, and backend processing support

- Develop approval workflow systems for complex organizational structures and spending policies

- Integrate with third-party platforms such as ERP systems, procurement tools, and SSO providers like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra

- Ensure proper tenant isolation, secure data access, and reliable backend performance

- Connect frontend interfaces with backend APIs and deliver smooth end-to-end product functionality

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, backend engineers, QA, and stakeholders

- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to engineering best practices

## Required Skills

- 1–3+ years of software development experience

- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot

- Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript

- Strong understanding of REST API design and full stack application development

- Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, indexing, constraints, and transactions

- Experience with Spring Security, authentication, and authorization

- Understanding of JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and RBAC

- Experience with Git and modern development workflows

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment

- Security-minded approach to development, especially around tenant isolation and access control

## Good to Have

- Experience with Spring Batch

- Experience with Redis

- Experience with Flyway or similar database migration tools

- Experience working on enterprise B2B SaaS platforms

- Experience with procurement, ERP, or workflow-driven systems

- Experience with SSO or directory sync integrations with Google or Microsoft environments

- Familiarity with BigCommerce or headless commerce architecture

- Experience with microservices, cloud deployments, and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with UI libraries, dashboards, admin portals, or design systems
