Full Stack Developer

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our engineering team. An innovative Dutch company building products for the European market. You won't be sitting on the sidelines or working on isolated tickets. You'll be fully integrated into our Dutch team: joining standups, owning features end-to-end, collaborating directly with product, design, and leadership in the Netherlands, and shipping to real users. Your desk is in Bengaluru, but you're part of the Dutch team.

This is a mid-to-senior level role for someone who enjoys building scalable products, taking ownership, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.

What You'll Work On

• Building scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
• Developing modern frontend interfaces with React.js
• Creating backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
• Designing and managing MongoDB databases
• Integrating APIs, third-party platforms, and automation tools
• Working on SaaS products, dashboards, and AI-integrated applications
• Taking ownership of features from development to deployment
• Improving application performance, scalability, and user experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Strong understanding of MongoDB and database architecture
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong English communication skills — comfortable working daily with a Dutch team
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in startup environments
• Familiarity with SaaS products, AI tools, or automation platforms
• Prior experience working with European or international teams
